Hello, my name is Charles Doc Broadus,

I have been involved with youth sports for over 75 years. I was the original trainer of George Foreman (Former Heavyweight Boxing Champion of the World).

Our organization, Doc Broadus Sports & Entertainment, ( a 501 C3 non-profit corporation) is coming to the community and asking for your help and support. We are expanding our youth activities to be able to get more youth involved in our programs.

The NEVADA BOXING CLUB, is a non-profit organization through USA BOXING. We use boxing and other sports to help our youth become better citizens.

Doc Broadus also wants you to know about the hottest workout to fight your two most dangerous opponents, STRESS and PHYSICAL INACTIVITY.

NEVADA BOXING CLUB has a program designed for you. BOXING for FITNESS is a fun, easy to learn workout that will get you mentally and physically into the best shape of your life. The workout includes methods and techniques used by the world's best conditioned athletes, BOXERS.

Training involves the use of shadow boxing, skipping rope, punch mitts, bag work and many other boxing techniques. The benefits are speed, upper and lower body strength, footwork, coordination, various punching techniques, cardiovascular endurance, and stamina. It also applies the basics of self-defense. Classes are held on a group or one-to-one basis. You set the time.

Nevada Boxing Club is staffed with 3 Full-Time Trainers with over 100 years of experience between. Leroy Caldwell, Charles Doc Broadus and Johnny Bang-Bang Jackson.
